Stop messages and delete your details

To stop receiving messages right now
Reply STOP to any message we have sent you.
That works immediately and permanently. It costs nothing, you do not need to explain, and we will not message you again.
To have your information deleted
Ask us in either of these ways, and include the phone number that receives our messages:
- Email sargodhapolgas@gmail.com
- Send a WhatsApp message to 0311 4827711 asking us to delete your details
- Call 0321 6010830
What happens next
- We confirm we have received your request within 7 days.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name and business name.
- Your phone number.
- Which pricing group you were in, and any price agreed with you.
- Every message we sent you, and every reply you sent us.
What we may keep, and why
We would rather be straight with you than claim we erase everything.
- Your phone number, on a suppression list. This is the only way we can guarantee we never message you again. It is not used for anything else, and it is never used to contact you.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records for tax purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
