These terms govern the staff who use this system. They do not govern buyers who receive our messages — see why you receive messages.

1. Acceptance
Signing in to this system means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2. Who may use it
Only staff authorised by Sargodha Polgas may use this system. Accounts are created by the business. There is no public sign-up and you may not create an account for yourself. Do not share your credentials with anyone, inside or outside the business.
3. Account security
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private. If you think someone else has your credentials, tell the business owner immediately so the account can be disabled.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this system to:
- message anyone who has not agreed to receive messages,
- message anyone who has asked to stop,
- send prices you know to be wrong or misleading, or
- send anything unrelated to this business's own commercial communications.
5. WhatsApp policy compliance
Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and you must follow Meta's rules when using it — in particular the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
Breaking those rules can lead Meta to restrict or ban this business's WhatsApp number. That decision is Meta's and is outside this system's control. Sending to people who did not consent, or who asked to stop, is the fastest way to lose the number.
6. Consent is the business's responsibility
This system records consent and honours opt-outs, but it does not obtain consent. The business is responsible for having valid permission from every contact it adds, before adding them. Importing a list you do not have permission to message is a breach of these terms.
7. Price accuracy
Prices sent through this system are indicative commercial communications. The business is responsible for their accuracy. A price entered incorrectly will be delivered to every selected buyer, and the preview shown before sending exists so that it can be checked first.
8. Messaging costs
Meta charges for messages directly to this business's own account. The cost figures shown in this system are estimates, calculated from the rates entered in Settings. Meta sets the actual rates and may change them. The amount Meta bills is the amount that is owed, whatever the estimate said.
9. Availability
We make reasonable effort to keep the system running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on Meta's platform, on internet connectivity, and on the hosting provider, none of which are within our control.
10. Suspension and termination
The business owner may disable any account at any time, in particular for breach of these terms. A disabled account cannot sign in. Data already in the system is retained according to the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The system, its design and its code remain the property of their owner. Access to use it does not transfer any ownership. Business data entered into it — contacts, prices, message history — belongs to Sargodha Polgas.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the system is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss caused by messages that were delayed, not delivered, or delivered with incorrect prices entered by a user.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Sargodha.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the system after a change means accepting it.
